    I had a previous colleague who used dark mode for everything except Github.com. He was very particular about that one edge case for some reason.

    I'm on team dark mode, but like James's friend, I use it for everything except one app—Chrome. I rely on Chrome's incognito windows, which appear dark, to test video calls without cached settings. Needing to see this difference is enough to keep my Chrome settings in light mode.
