Ability to style text overlay in VCS

To add to my previous suggestions, it would be nice to be able to style text overlays in VCS. Apart from color and size, adding background, rounded corners styles and opacity effects would be great. Moreover, being able to position the text anywhere on the screen would be great.

    Hi,

    There's a new Banner component that's being released very soon. It has more options like a background color, corner rounding, and separate title/subtitle styles. I believe a blog post about Banner is scheduled before the holidays, so stay tuned!

    It's also possible to implement your custom text component using a code override for CustomOverlay.js in session assets. This tutorial shows the basic idea (it renders an image, but you can use text and shapes too):
