- It would be great if end-to-end encryption was supported for larger calls/meetings.
It would solve a problem delivering meetings/calls to customers in regulated industries that need the option for some of their meetings to be encrypted end-to-end.
Alternative solutions is for them to use/pay for a conferencing vendor (Zoom, WebEX) leaving app UX/context. There is currently limited support for E2EE that scales to more than a couple of people via webrtc API services .
End-to-End encryption mitigates customer concerns about where communication infrastructure is located and what entity is managing it. This is helpful in regulated industries like Aerospace & Defense or for companies based in countries that have strict data processing requirements.
