Background Effects improvements

In general background blur works well on the soft blur but the higher blur often doesn't work as well.
Also, custom images make the video blurry and more objects are shown like the example below and pixelated around the edges.

We are currently working to release a new background blur feature, and the beta will this will start soon. We will use this time to further develop this new feature with the beta period feedback and then hope for a full release with improved blur later in the year.
