Transcription ready to download web hook event?

Hi!

We've been making use of the transcription feature and want to start integrating it further with our offering and building more on top of it.

Will there be a transcription.ready-to-download web hook event we can subscribe to, similar to the recording.ready-to-download ?

In general I find that the transcript is ready in my S3 bucket by the time I look at it after recording.ready-to-download has fired. But I'm not sure I can rely on that always being the case.

Also it would mean writing a bit of code to traverse the folder and looking for .vtt files. So a web hook event just like recording.ready-to-download but then for the transcriptions would be pretty great.

@oliver absolutely! We're planning to add a webhook to indicate when a batch processor job has completed. This is on our Q2 roadmap. We'll announce this in our changelog once it's available.
