    During the LinkedIn Live an interesting question was asked:

    Fast food ordering user profile is unknown whereas a patient usually has profile e.g., native language , region (which can help identify the language with accent) right?

    Yeah I agree.

    I think Andrew mentioned the fastfood ordering case as an example of a situation where transcription is challenging because of the background noise etc. That will probably be less of a problem most of the time in the telehealth case. Although making correct transcription of spoken language with accent remain a challenge, as long as the the speech-to-text model is trained on speakers who don't have an accent.
