🐛 If you have a question about a possible bug on Daily...

Please do two things:

1. If you want to report a bug you experienced while on a Daily call, try out these troubleshooting tips to see if that takes care of the bug.

2. If you're still seeing the error, check to see if the issue has already been filed before creating a new one.

If you've done those two things and determined that the issue has not yet been identified, we'll ask you include the following in your forum post:

  • Give your post a title that begins with: "Is this a bug? [brief description of possible bug]" ex: "Is this a bug? Background blur is not working."
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Steps to reproduce the error
  • Screenshots that illustrate where and what we should be looking for when we reproduce
  • System information, like your device, OS, and browserAny additional context that you think could help us work through this
